By using NinaSom, you agree to these terms, including the health and listening-safety notices below.

What NinaSom is

NinaSom is a sleep-sound app with continuous audio, an educational age-based daily sleep reference, and a simple baby sleep log for parents and caregivers. Audio can continue in the background and with the screen locked.

Health and safety notice

• Not medical advice. NinaSom is not a medical device. Its age-based ranges and educational content are informational references from public sources, not diagnosis, treatment, or a prescription. Every baby is different.
• Follow qualified guidance. Consult a qualified health professional about sleep, health, or development concerns. Do not make medical decisions based on NinaSom.
• Not a baby monitor. NinaSom does not watch, listen to, or detect danger and never replaces adult supervision.
• Volume, distance, and duration. Use the lowest effective volume, keep the device as far from the crib as practical and never inside it, and prefer a timer. An iOS volume percentage is not a decibel measurement.
• Safe sleep still applies. Always follow official safe-sleep recommendations for position, surface, and environment. NinaSom does not change those recommendations.

Your use of the app

You are responsible for the information you enter, such as a baby's age and sleep sessions, and for how you use the sounds and educational references.

NinaSom Pro

NinaSom Pro is an auto-renewable subscription offered through Apple In-App Purchase, with annual and monthly options where available.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Apple charges the renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Where offered, a free trial precedes the first charge. Any unused trial portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Manage, restore, or cancel the subscription in your Apple account settings. Apple handles purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds under its terms.

Ownership

The NinaSom app, brand, text, and licensed or original audio are owned by NinaSom / Delx or their licensors and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

No warranty and limitation of liability

NinaSom is provided as-is, without a promise that a baby will sleep or that a specific result will occur. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NinaSom / Delx is not responsible for damage resulting from use of the app or decisions based on its educational content. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
