The sound stops when I lock the screen
NinaSom is designed for background playback. Check that the timer has not ended and that the device volume is audible. If playback still stops, email us with the device model and iOS version.
How does the NinaSom Pro trial work?
The annual plan begins with a 7-day free trial when Apple reports that you are eligible. Apple charges at the end of the trial unless you cancel first. Manage or cancel it in your Apple account settings.
I changed devices or previously bought Pro
Use “Restore Purchases” in NinaSom while signed in to the same Apple ID used for the purchase.
Are the age-based sleep references advice for my baby?
No. They are educational total-sleep ranges based on public sources, not medical advice or a prescribed schedule. Every baby is different; follow qualified professional guidance.
Where is my baby's data?
On your device. NinaSom has no account or cloud sync. Deleting the app removes its local data, subject to any device backup you control through Apple.
